One-on-one private session. All sessions include work performed on the equipment as well as the mat. Sessions tailored to individual needs.

Studio Policies

• All session by appointment only.

• Payment by cash and check only. No credit cards accepted.

• Sessions include work performed on the mat as well as equipment.

• Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that you can easily move in. Nothing excessively baggy—it can get caught in the equipment!

• Shoes not required—if you choose to wear socks, please have a non-slip surface on the bottom—like Toe Sox.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: You should expect to pay for your session unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
